We’re very excited to announce that we’re almost ready to roll out MoneyWise 2.0, a new version of our software. We particularly want to assure you that you won’t have to reenter any of your data with this transition. As early as next week we’ll be putting another beta button on the current website next to the green “MoneyWise PFM” button there now, which will enable you go in and play around with the new system. We’ll be putting the new version up in stages, the first one being the business section. MoneyWise is now going to be divided into three main sections: 1) Business, 2) Personal Accounts and 3) Credit. This will be a little different from what you’re used to in terms of navigation, but you’ll get used to it really quick and find that it’s very simplified and easy to use. We also think you’ll appreciate the new software interface, and the fact that we’re enhancing the software to make it scalable and more stable.

You will also now have the ability to protect more than one identity in the system. For a small incremental fee, you’ll be able to add someone else to our million dollar policy so they can receive the same protection you enjoy. Others can now also be added to monitor their credit scores.

Soon we will have the benefit of a real-time upload button. We already upload four times a day as you probably know, (others in the industry usually only upload new transactions once a day or once every few days.) You’ll be able to click on a button any time you want to get up-to-the-moment transactions so you’ll see your information in real time when you’re working in the system.

We also have some new reports coming online. You already benefit from having your net worth calculated. Now we’ll be able to give you full Profit and Loss and Balance Statements.
You can also look forward to the new manual entry capability. You’ll be able to manually enter new transactions if you’re using an account that isn’t supporting the Yodlee system (what we use to bring in all the data.) You will also now be able to bring in data via QuickBooks. And we’re adding a lot of functionality to the calendar that we know you’ll really like.

But perhaps the most exciting additions we will be providing are the iPhone and Android apps so you’ll be able to check your accounts on the fly.
